Through a simple activity—changing a wheel, we graphically demonstrate how improvements are made and how things can get better (or worse) based on the actions taken.
As each wheel change happens, we integrate key Lean Manufacturing principles, offering training on areas like process mapping, voice of the customer, 5S, SIPOC, ideal operator count, TAKT time, SMED, and measurement system analysis.
The training involves three teams of two people, working together to refine processes and improve efficiency step by step.
